They found the luggage (well yesterday) and Justin, Jimmy W., and Brad went to get it tonight after everyone headed home. The first day of the time change went well. The US doesn’t change time til next weekend so we will lose 2 hours this week altogether. We went to church this morning. The service started @11 and went to 1pm. It was interesting to watch them worship. I was excited to see so many friendly, Christian Russians. Especially after the day yesterday seeing all those nonChristian apartments. After church we headed to the chicken restaurant again and ate all together. It was really good. When you finish you leave your trash and they throw it away for you unlike the US. Then we went back to the church and folded tons more invitations with the Russians. That was fun. Then it was time to eat our first Russian meal. Justin didn’t eat much but was happy when they brought out the chicken and rice. They had soup with beets and stuff in it, some sort of carrots and nuts, and hodge podge (I loved) w/ apples, eggs, peas, mayo, potato, celery, and everything else under the sun. Afterwards we were abel to meet with Genady to hear his testimony. The interpreter “Simione” was an excellent interpreter. He almost sounded American. He is a Carolina fan too. Then we hung around a bit and headed back to the hotel on the tram. Now we are getting ready for bed (it’s 10:30pm) and we have to be up @ 7:30am and ready by 8:45am. Tomorrow we will start distributing the invitations. It will be a long day!
