Today marks Our (me and Justin) 4 year anniversary. Yes ladies and gentlemen, four years ago Justin became a very happy man hehe just kidding. Four years ago we started one very awesome life journey together. We both knew it from the start. Happy Anniversary honey! I love you!

Today is Melissa’s Birthday. She was the first person I met at GWU and my first room mate. Today she is living in Arizona (originally from New York) and getting her masters. Happy Birthday girl!

This weekend was a blast but also a whirlwind. Justin and I got up early on Saturday morning and met Jennifer at Crestview for Breakfast. Then we went back home and packed up and started our trip to visit Erin, Mike, and Walker. We had to bring Java to Justin’s parents’ house and then head back in the right direction for the Shores’. We got there around 5pm and got to play with Walker. He is quite the little man. He is sitting up so well by himself and can flip himself over. He has the best personality. He was in a good mood the whole weekend. I got to feed him on Sunday morning before church. Mom, Dad, and Kelly made their entrance during the hymn before the baptism. They had made a wrong turn and almost missed it. Walker was wonderful throughout the whole service. We went to Golden Corral afterwards for lunch and everyone had a great time. Then we all got in the car and started our long journeys back home. We got home during the end of the 2nd quarter of the superbowl and watched that and Grey’s Anatomy. What a weekend!
Hey everyone…Walker has two teeth now and I think another on the way. I can’t believe how fast he is growing. He can roll over on his own now and I’m sure is well on his way to crawling. He loves to stand up so he is working those leg muscles. I wouldn’t be surprised if he started walking soon too. I love my nephew 🙂
Today is our last late night here at the Campus Shop. I’m only 15 minutes away from freedom. Tomorrow should be a nice short day getting to leave around 5. I’m so glad tomorrow is Friday. I’m exhausted. I have forgotten what my house and husband look like. If anyone calls tomorrow and fusses about us not being open til 8, I will tell them they’ve had over 112 hours to get their books in the past two weeks and to get over it hehe.
Justin’s mom had surgery yesterday. I was able to get off work early and ride with Justin to do see her in Rutherfordton. She seemed to be doing as well as possible when we left last night. Justin has gone to see her tonight but I couldn’t get out of work. I hope she is up and feeling much better soon.

Today is our baby girl, Java’s Birthday. She is one today. I can’t believe how fast time has flown by. Happy Birthday Java Marie 🙂 We love you! (not that you can read this cuz you are a dog hehe)
